How to Search for a Warrant in Greene County
No single online tool checks all Greene County warrants. Gather the full legal name, birth date, case or citation number, court department, and any notice. The official Sheriff's Most Wanted search is a limited lead, not a full active-warrant register.
Use CourtConnect for case context and the citation query for a participating traffic court. Then call the issuing clerk. The sheriff handles service, detention, and surrender instructions, while counsel can advise how to act.
- Search the official Most Wanted program by first or last name; no result is inconclusive.
- Use CourtConnect by participant or case number for filed case context.
- For traffic, query a participating court with the citation or identity fields.
- Call Circuit Clerk 870-239-6330, District Clerk 870-239-7507, or Marmaduke 870-597-2753.
- Use sheriff 870-239-6343 or jail 870-239-6334 for enforcement and surrender instructions, then consult counsel.
Before ending a clerk call, repeat the case number and department, write down the official next step, and ask which filed document will prove a later status change.
Greene County Most Wanted Controls
The official interface has a name box, Current and Arrested tabs, sort, Show All, and pagination. It searches a curated program, not every warrant.
The source screen appears below without republishing a roster.

A missing name is not clearance. Arrested is a program filter, not a conviction or final court result.
Greene County Warrant Search Fields
The sheriff program accepts first or last name and offers status and sort controls. No public Greene warrant-number lookup was found. CourtConnect instead uses participant and name fields. The citation page requires court and name, plus a citation number or state ID and birth date.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | Text | Unspecified | First or last name |
| Status | Tabs | Unspecified | Current or Arrested |
| Sort | Control | No | Newest or oldest first |
| Show All | Button | No | Visible program results |
| Pagination | Links | No | Page, Next, Last |
Greene County CourtConnect Context
CourtConnect searches public participants and cases. It can show docket context, but no live warrant filter was verified.
The official entry appears below as context, not proof of legal status.

Use a case number when possible, record the division and latest event, then confirm the order with its clerk.
What a Warrant Search Returns
A court record may carry the case number, subject, charge, issuing division, date, bond or surety terms, status, and service return. The sheriff card is narrower: label, category, image area, gender, posted date, contact direction, and poster link. It did not visibly show a warrant number, court, bond, or final disposition.
| Case number | Court identifier, represented as CR case number |
|---|---|
| Charge | Allegation, not conviction |
| Issuing court | Circuit or District Court department |
| Bond | No current Greene schedule was found |
| Status | Active, served, returned, recalled, or quashed |
Call the Right Greene County Clerk
Circuit Clerk 870-239-6330 handles Circuit Court records. District Clerk 870-239-7507 covers the Paragould lower-court route, while Marmaduke uses 870-597-2753. Staff cannot give legal advice, but can identify the public docket and office procedure.
The courthouse directory separates those offices.

The County Clerk is not the criminal-court clerk. Ask for the division, current order, next setting, and proof of any change.
Where Greene County Warrants Are Checked
Circuit Court is the general-jurisdiction trial court. Greene County District Court has Paragould and Marmaduke departments for traffic, misdemeanors, ordinances, and preliminary felony matters. City courts are district-court departments.
The sheriff handles service and detention. Arkansas has no located public statewide warrant database. ARCH is criminal history, not status. Federal matters use federal court, PACER, and federal enforcement channels.
Paragould city criminal docket matters are prosecuted in Paragould District Court. Oak Grove Heights ordinance and state-offense cases also route to the Greene County–Paragould department under an official local agreement. Marmaduke has a distinct department and clerk. Lafe and Delaplaine had no official city warrant portal in the source sweep. For any of these places, identify the court named on the notice instead of assuming the city of residence controls the file. Traffic citations require one more check: the Arkansas citation query lists only participating courts and warns that payment can admit guilt, waive appearance or trial, and add a service charge. A payment screen is not a warrant confirmation.
Greene County Search Gaps
A blank result can mean an order is unpublished, new, sealed, juvenile, in another court, or outside program selection. No fixed sheriff update cadence was found. Posted date is not necessarily issue date.
- Active
- Current only when confirmed.
- Returned
- Service paperwork was filed.
- Recalled
- The court withdrew the warrant.
- Quashed
- The court set it aside.
Report the exact term on the paperwork. Bench warrant, alias bench warrant, surety order, and summons are not interchangeable.
Access and Restricted Warrants
The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act covers many agency records subject to exemptions. Court access also follows Judiciary rules and Administrative Order 19. Sealed, juvenile, investigative, and court-restricted information may not appear.
Juvenile arrest, detention, proceeding, and investigation records have special confidentiality under A.C.A. § 9-27-309. An active investigation can also contain protected material. If an office denies or redacts a request, ask for the legal basis and any segregable public portion. Do not use a broad data request to seek a private-person dossier. The Arkansas Judiciary's compiled-data process may demand added documents when identifying information is involved, and it still does not replace a direct clerk inquiry about a person's own case. Federal sealed warrants will not appear in county tools or an ordinary public docket search.
Key Rules:
Sealed or protected warrants may stay out of public search.
Juvenile records receive special confidentiality under Arkansas law.
A new or unpublished order may be absent; no result is not clearance.
Greene County Warrant Record Requests
A narrow request can seek an existing blank form, process policy, fee sheet, or non-identifying record. It cannot force the sheriff to create a database or certify a person's status. Name the record, date range, agency, and copy method. No Greene warrant-copy fee or dedicated request portal was found.
The sheriff contact form is general, and email is not monitored around the clock. The crime-tip form is not a status channel. Ask the actual custodian and omit needless sensitive facts. A personal status question belongs with the issuing clerk.
Confirm Greene County Warrant Status
Record the source, case number, court, and date checked. Ask whether the order is active, served, returned, recalled, or quashed. Confirm the next setting, bond review, and how to get written proof.
No official self-surrender appointment, fixed bond schedule, or local recall form was found. Consult a lawyer before going to detention. Eligible defendants may call the Public Defender at 870-565-1805.
Act carefully: Current court confirmation and a signed order carry more weight than a changed web card.
After court action, keep the signed recall or quash order, docket entry, receipt, release instruction, and new appearance date. Ask when the clerk will send the update to the sheriff and, for a traffic case, whether state driver records need a separate update. A web card that disappears is not the same as a filed court order. Likewise, the Most Wanted program's Arrested tab does not establish that the warrant was cleared or the charge decided. No official Greene County rule was found that makes an unresolved warrant expire after a set number of days. Continue to rely on the court's current record and legal advice.
